Inventa is a family office that manages assets of a Georgian-Israeli entrepreneur Avigdor Yardeni.

Mr. Yardeni started the business over 20 years ago as a supplier of construction materials for commercial and heavy industrial real estate and further diversified into real estate, agriculture, wholesale trade, logistics and fintech.

We invest in private medium-sized businesses in industries and regions that we know well and look opportunistically at special situations in developed markets that offer a deeply discounted value and attractive risk-adjusted expected return.
